Priority Service Recovery

Priority Service Recovery

Putting your travelers first.

As some of our most valued customers, your travelers will receive priority assistance during the rebooking process so they’re back on their way as quickly and comfortably as possible. In short, your travelers will be prioritized above other passengers during rebooking for flights and seats when Medallion status and booking class are the same.

Corporate Priority is a behind the scenes enhancement ready to support our corporate partners when needed. It’s a little difference that can go a long way in the event of a service disruption.

Your travelers will receive this benefit when travel is booked using your Corporate Sales Agreement.

Terms & Conditions:

To be eligible for the Priority Service Recovery benefit, tickets must be purchased via authorized company channels and reflect the company’s unique identifier, known as a Corporate Ticket Designator. Tickets purchased through any other ticketing source will not qualify. Customers traveling on qualifying tickets will receive tie-breaker prioritization over similarly-situated customers not traveling on qualifying tickets when being rebooked, assigned a boarding zone or waiting for a seat assignment.

Factors impacting placement on Rebooking list may include but are not limited to ticket value, frequent flyer status, and check-in time.

These benefits do not guarantee receiving a seat assignment. Factors and formula for passenger prioritization, including factors used to identify similarly situated passengers, are confidential. Seat assignments and prioritization are in Delta’s sole discretion. Benefits may be suspended without notice during irregular operations. All associated change fees apply.
