Delta Reminds Agencies of Compliance with IATA Customer Contact Information Standard   

As a reminder of the IATA Resolution 830d, Delta Air Lines is reminding all Agency partners to adopt the use of the SSRCTCE/SSRCTCM industry standard codes for storing customer contact information by June 1, 2019, if they have not already done so.

These contact element entries provide a structured format for customer contact data in the PNR ensuring that our shared Corporate customers obtain timely and relevant information from the airline.
