Delta's Hong Kong Service

Due to pressure from a soft demand environment and rising fuel prices, Delta has made the difficult decision to suspend service between Hong Kong (HKG) and Seattle (SEA), effective October 4, 2018. With this, Delta’s operations at HKG will also be suspended. Delta will continue to offer service to Hong Kong via our trans-Pacific partners, Korean Air and China Eastern.

Thanks to our new joint venture partnership with Korean Air, Delta customers flying from Hong Kong will enjoy convenient one-stop connections to the United States via Seoul-Incheon (ICN). The airport has among the fastest connection times in the region, with the state-of-the-art Terminal 2 offering a seamless and efficient transfer experience.

Additionally, Delta’s four daily flights from Shanghai to the U.S. – including our new flight to Atlanta, launched in July - connect with destinations across Greater China, including Hong Kong, thanks to our partnership with China Eastern.

The last Delta flight from HKG to SEA will operate on October 4, 2018. For assistance or any questions about a Delta flight or booking, please CLICK HERE to find the contact information.
