Sabre Changes Pseudo City Code for Delta Queues
On November 11, 2019, Sabre will change the pseudo city code for Delta queues from QDL to CWO. Travel agencies that use Sabre as their GDS will need to use the new pseudo city code when queuing their PNRs, in order for Delta to retrieve and work them. The queue information on Delta Professional will be updated with the new pseudo city code on November 11.
For queue requests sent prior to November 11, please use the current Sabre queue information available on the Delta Professional Travel Agency website on the Agency Resources tab > Tools and Queues.
Please note: Only the pseudo city code is changing, the queue numbers will remain the same.
