New spring-inspired, chef-curated menus with wines hand-picked by Delta’s Master Sommelier join Delta favourites, along with new snacks and teas.

Spring means a fresh start and a new selection of in-flight food and beverage offerings for Delta customers to enjoy.

Delta’s seasonal refreshes of its onboard menus ensure that even the most frequent travellers have something new to look forward to each season, in addition to familiar favourites.

The latest on board highlights include: 

 
Delta One

The new spring menu includes dishes like Seared Beef Tenderloin with wild garlic mashed potatoes and mixed spring vegetables or Vegetable Lasagne with pesto cream sauce.

Depending on the route, menus created by the airline's in-house and partner chefs – like James Beard honouree Linton Hopkins out of Atlanta, Danny Meyer's Union Square Events out of New York, and Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo out of L.A.

Customers confirmed in the Delta One cabin also enjoy the option to pre-select their preferred meal before they fly.

Menus are complemented by a selection of wines curated by Delta's Master Sommelier, Andrea Robinson. The spring line-up includes options such as South African Kleine Zalze Chenin Blanc and Chateau Sainte Michelle Indian Wells Cabernet Sauvignon hailing from Washington's Columbia Valley. 

 
Customer favourites join free snack line-up

Delta has introduced two new snack options this spring – bringing back Squirrel Brand almonds and introducing Cheez-It crackers to the complimentary snack line-up.

These will be served in addition to the airline's beloved signature Biscoff cookies and gluten-free KIND Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars.

 
Fresh brews at 30,000 feet

New premium tea selections from Pure Leaf are available for Delta One customers, with flavours including English Breakfast, Green Tea with Jasmine, Peppermint Herbal Tea and Earl Grey. Pure Leaf teas will also be available on the ground in Delta Sky Clubs starting May 1.

Delta has also introduced Lipton, one of the world's best-selling tea brands, for customers seated in Delta Premium Select, First Class, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin.
