Travel Weekly has announced the winners of its 16th annual Readers Choice Awards, and Delta has topped the charts with wins in the Best Domestic, Best International, Best Sales & Service, and Best Overall airline categories. Additionally, Delta Vacations earned Best Tour Operator Packaged Overall and Best Education Program in the Tour Operators category.

"This is a tremendous honor that reflects the hard work of the more than 80,000 men and women who show the Delta Difference to our customers every single day," said Kristen Shovlin, V.P. — Sales Operations and Development, who accepted the award on behalf of the airline at a ceremony in New York last week.

It's been a winning year for the team: Delta Global Sales has received more than 25 prominent industry accolades and awards in 2018 – including several the airline has received every year for nearly a decade.

What's the secret to the team's success? "We have the best team in the business, and we never stop striving to better meet our customers' needs," Kristen said. "We listen to our customers, we take action based on their feedback, and then we listen again. We keep doing that until we get it right."
