Israel Security Situation - Refund Update

Delta has made the difficult decision to suspend service to Tel Aviv (TLV) through March 31, 2025, due to ongoing safety concerns. For travel agency tickets issued for travel between October 7, 2023 and October 31, 2024, Delta will process refunds on all wholly unused and the unused portion of partially used tickets, including any prepaid fees for unused ancillary services. To avoid having Delta process the refund, agencies must reissue or refund tickets no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
