Simple steps to help your customers get selective this summer
Did you know? Customers flying in the Delta One® cabin on all international flights can pre-select their first menu choice before they fly. It’s another way we are working to personalize the travel experience. Here’s how it works:
Make sure you enter a separate email address for every customer in the PNR. This also applies for travel on Delta-operated flights marketed under a partner airline’s code.
Delta sends the customer an email three days prior to travel, with the latest meal options on board. Customers can browse the menu and make their choice at leisure.
What’s on the menu?
Delta One meals are created using fresh, seasonal ingredients for a fuller flavor at altitude. Customers enjoy a restaurant-style experience, complete with a hand-picked selection of fine wines*, craft beers, sodas and Starbucks® coffee.
Special meal requests
Special meals that comply with dietary and religious requirements are not part of the pre-select program and must be requested at least 24 hours before travel.
Don’t forget: if changes are made to an itinerary, a meal request has to be made for the new flight(s).
