Delta is counting down the days before its flagship Airbus A350-900 aircraft takes flight from Seoul Incheon to Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson International Airport on March 25, 2018.

With the arrival of the A350 on the route, flights from Atlanta to Seoul will be retimed to a night departure at 00:05. This complements Delta’s partner, Korean Air’s, existing afternoon service, and offers customers a full day in the U.S., with more connecting options to Atlanta in time for their flight.

Enhanced onboard comfort

There are 32 award-winning Delta One suites on the A350, the world’s only fully enclosed business class seat product in the sky. Delta Premium Select features 48 seats with more personal space, TUMI amenity kits and other perks. Meanwhile, 226 main cabin seats offer in-seat power ports at every row and high capacity overhead bins.

State-of-the-art airport experience

Delta flights depart from Seoul Incheon’s new Terminal 2 alongside Korean Air. Offering complimentary showers, a Digital Room with Wi-Fi and a wide variety of retail outlets, customers also enjoy easier check-in and boarding. A transit time of only 45 minutes offers seamless connections to/from destinations across Asia including Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.

Local flavors

Starting this summer, Delta is partnering with Chef Woo-Joong Kwon to create regionally inspired meals for customers flying from Korea. Customers will enjoy traditional Bibimbap and other Korean dishes created to Chef Kown’s own recipes. There’s also a wide selection of complimentary beverages including wines, spirits, Starbucks Coffee and Korean beers.

Delta Studio’s industry-leading in-flight entertainment collection provides 1,000+ hours of movies, music and TV shows at every passenger’s seat. Designed with comfort in mind, Delta Premium Select offers more personal space with up to 38 inches of pitch, seat width of 18.5 inches, seven inches of recline and adjustable leg and head rests.
