Delta Waives Fare Difference for International Tickets Following New Testing Requirement

Delta has proactively issued a fare difference waiver for customers rebooking international tickets purchased on or before Jan. 12.

 

Where: Travel from all international destinations to the U.S.
When: Travel originally scheduled through Feb. 9

Following the U.S. government’s new requirement for COVID-19 testing for all international arrivals beginning Jan. 26, Delta has proactively issued a fare difference waiver for customers rebooking international tickets purchased on or before Jan. 12.

The fare difference will be waived for customers originally scheduled to travel internationally to the U.S. through Feb. 9, if they choose to rebook their travel to begin on or before Jan. 25.

Under Delta’s existing change fee waiver, customers can already rebook their travel without a change fee. For more information, visit delta.com.
