Onboard Connectivity Takes Flight

From Wi-Fi to free mobile messaging, Delta is always looking for new and innovative ways to ensure customers have what they need at their fingertips for a productive flight. Here’s how Delta is keeping your customers connected and entertained at 30,000 feet:

Free messaging

Delta is the first airline to offer free mobile messaging across its network. Customers can stay fully connected with friends, family, colleagues and clients throughout their flight via channels including WhatsApp, iMessage and Facebook Messenger.

Free messaging is available on all Gogo-enabled Delta flights, which includes all aircraft with two or more cabins. For access in the air, customers simply have to visit Delta’s Wi-Fi portal page: airborne.gogoinflight.com

Faster Wi-Fi

Delta is one of the largest providers of in-flight Wi-Fi in the world. All transpacific flights offer high-speed 2KU connectivity, enabling customers to get online and keep on top of work or simply surf their way to the U.S.A.

Wi-Fi access can be purchased prior to departure via delta.com. A Global Day Pass offers 24 hours’ continuous, unlimited access worldwide for $28 - perfect for customers with connecting itineraries.

Cinema in the Sky

Delta Studio® offers more than 1000 hours of movies, TV shows, music and games – including Chinese movies and subtitled content - that customers can watch free of charge at seat-back screens on every transpacific flight.

Customers can even choose how they view, by streaming content directly to their laptop, tablet or phone, with no Wi-Fi charges.
