Partially Used Tickets or Wholly Unused Tickets Reissued by Delta

  • Travel agents may request refund via the Travel Agent Travel Exception Policy Online Refund form or contact GSS for assistance.

*Travel agency tickets issued for travel between October 7, 2023 and October 31, 2024, will be refunded by Delta. To avoid having Delta process the refund, agencies must reissue or refund tickets no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

In addition, if a customer’s flight is cancelled by Delta due to this event, and no other alternate flights are acceptable, travel agents may refund totally unused non-refundable ticket(s) through normal ARC/BSP processing.
