Get Set for Summer! Delta’s U.K. Seasonal Services Are Restarting

SLC-PDX-NYC-BOS

Delta and Virgin Atlantic are ramping up to restart a number of popular summer seasonal routes to the U.S., offering customers a wider choice of exciting destinations over the coming months.

Salt Lake City – explore the great outdoors

Flights from Heathrow to Salt Lake City restart on April 5.

More than 20 national parks in Utah and the neighbouring states are within a few hours’ drive from Salt Lake City, including Arches, Canyonlands and Zion.

Portland – creative capital of the Pacific Northwest

Compact enough to explore by bike, this exciting city packs a punch with more microbreweries than anywhere else in the U.S., an exciting street food scene…and exceptionally good coffee.

Flights to Portland from London Heathrow restart May 10.

Another bite of the Big Apple from Glasgow

Nonstop flights from Glasgow to New York-JFK resume on May 23.

Activities that don’t cost the earth – or indeed anything – in New York include: Friday evening admission at MoMA; strolling the Highline; guided tours of Central Park; and the iconic Staten Island Ferry.

All new route from Edinburgh to Boston

Delta’s second daily from Edinburgh starts May 23, boosting existing service to New York-JFK.

Customers on a budget can enjoy free walking tours, visit the Sam Adams Brewery, stargaze at the Coit Observatory at Boston University or chill out at the Boston Common and The Public Garden – the U.S’s oldest park.
