Elevating the premium experience
Across the journey, our airlines continue to invest in a more premium travel experience, with enhancements designed to deliver greater comfort and service on the ground and in the air.

  • Delta Air Lines is deepening its investment in a seamless premium journey. This includes the opening of a second Delta One lounge at Los Angeles International Airport this past summer, expanding exclusive ground services. In the air, passengers will enjoy new Missoni amenity kits in five seasonal colors, complete with an exclusive Grown Alchemist skincare routine. Additionally, new suites on the upcoming A350-1000 will redefine privacy and comfort, offering an elevated inflight experience.
  • Air France is redefining luxury with significant enhancements. Travelers can now experience an elevated La Première lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, perfectly complementing the brand-new La Première cabin, which has expanded to daily Paris-San Francisco flights and other key routes. Further enhancements include a new lounge at London Heathrow (T4), revamped comfort kits across all premium cabins, and an elevated culinary and cocktail offering onboard and in long-haul lounges.
  • KLM now offers wellness facilities in partnership with XWELL in its Non-Schengen Crown Lounge (Lounge 52) at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Travelers can unwind and recharge with quick facials, massages, and manicures designed around their schedules. Flying Blue Platinum members receive a complimentary chair massage, while Flying Blue Ultimate members can book one treatment of their choice free of charge.
  • Virgin Atlantics Clubhouse has always been a reason to arrive early. These Winter 2026/2027 enhancements further strengthen our network, offering customers greater connectivity, increased choice, and an improved travel experience.
