Reminder: For everyone's safety, face masks are still required on all Delta flights

We appreciate our customers, employees and partners complying with the U.S. federal mandate by properly wearing a face mask inside U.S. airports and on board our aircraft.

The U.S. Transportation Security Administration extended the federal mask requirement on board aircraft and in U.S. airports through May 3, 2022. As we have done throughout the global pandemic, Delta will continue to fully comply with the federal mandate. As such, there are no changes in current protocol for our airport employees, crew members or customers.

Local country requirements may be different and might no longer require wearing a mask inside airport buildings or on public transportation vehicles. However, for all services operating to or from the United States, where the federal mask mandate on aircraft has been extended until 18 April, customers aged 2 and above must still maintain masks at all times, unless exempt.

For additional information, including when masks are required, what type of masks are excepted and what exceptions apply, please visit delta.com.
