Delta is offering an exception for any customer with tickets issued on or before October 15, 2024, with impacted travel dates between October 7, 2023 and March 31, 2025*. Any un-flown DL-marketed/DL-operated segments ticketed on DL006 that were scheduled during these impacted travel date(s) are eligible for refund.

Partially Used Tickets or Wholly Unused Tickets Reissued by Delta
*Travel agency tickets issued for travel between October 7, 2023 and October 31, 2024, will be refunded by Delta. To avoid having Delta process the refund, agencies must reissue or refund tickets no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024. In addition, if a customer’s flight is cancelled by Delta due to this event, and no other alternate flights are acceptable, travel agents may refund totally unused non-refundable ticket(s) through normal ARC/BSP processing. Utilize the Travel Agent Travel Exception Policy Online Refund form to submit a qualifying refund request if:
