Delta and Korean Air add Seattle codeshares

Delta and Korean Air have expanded codeshare flights between Korea and the United States, adding new codeshares between Seoul-Incheon and Seattle. The codeshare flights offer round-trip connections to Seattle via Incheon Airport from 18 major cities in Asia, including Singapore, Osaka, Nagoya and Bangkok.

Together the airlines offer 16 peak-day codeshare flights between Seoul and the 50 U.S. states. In addition, Korean Air's code will be added to Delta flights from Seattle to 44 cities in the Americas, such as Phoenix, Denver and San Jose over the next few weeks.

Expanding codeshare flights to include the Seattle hub is the next step to building the airlines’ joint venture partnership. This will offer customers world-class travel benefits across one of the most comprehensive route networks in the trans-Pacific market.

Delta’s flights are co-located alongside Korean Air in the new, state-of-the-art Terminal 2 at Seoul’s Incheon International Airport, substantially reducing connection times for customers. One of the world's largest airports, ICN's connection times are among the fastest in the region.
