Corporate Priority on Partner Airlines

Delta Air Lines strives to deliver the best international experience for corporate customers with the Global Corporate Priority benefits program, enhancing the travel experience for our corporate travelers worldwide.
As the first U.S. global airline to align benefits globally for its corporate customers with Air France and KLM in 2018, Aeromexico and Virgin Atlantic in 2019, and LATAM in 2024, Delta continues to lead the way in providing seamless and enhanced travel experiences for corporate travelers.
Global Corporate Priority Benefits include:
- Priority Boarding: Corporate travelers will be prioritized according to each carrier’s boarding process.
- Denied Boarding Prioritization: If every confirmed passenger cannot be accommodated on a flight, corporate travelers receive priority status in involuntary denied boarding situations.
- Downgrade Prioritization: In the unlikely event we cannot accommodate every ticketed passenger in a cabin of service, corporate travelers take priority over nonbusiness travelers of comparable status.
- Priority Service Recovery: Corporate travelers will be prioritized above other passengers during rebooking for flights and seats when loyalty status and booking class are the same.
This expanded Global Corporate Priority benefits program builds on Delta’s Corporate Priority program, initially launched in 2014. Inspired by feedback from hundreds of Delta customers and its partners’ joint corporate customers, the program has been continually refined to meet the evolving needs of business travelers.
Terms & Conditions:
*Better Seat Choice and Priority Boarding not available on Virgin Atlantic. Better Seat Choice coming soon on Aeromexico.
To be eligible for any Corporate Priority benefit, tickets must be purchased via authorized company channels and be associated with the company's corporate travel arrangement with Delta. Customers traveling on qualifying tickets will receive tie-breaker prioritization over similarly-situated customers not traveling on qualifying tickets when being rebooked, assigned a boarding zone, waiting for a seat assignment on the Airport Standby List, or a SkyMiles Medallion Member who has requested an upgrade. Factors impacting placement on Rebooking, Boarding, or Standby Airport Priority Lists may include but are not limited to ticket value, frequent flyer status, and check-in time. These benefits do not guarantee receiving a seat assignment. Factors and formula for passenger prioritization, including factors used to identify similarly situated passengers, are confidential. Seat assignments and prioritization are in Delta’s sole discretion. Benefits may be suspended without notice during irregular operations. All associated change fees apply. A company opted-in to receive Downgrade and Denied Boarding Prioritization benefits for their travelers do not guarantee that travelers will not be downgraded or involuntarily denied boarding. For full details on Downgrade and Denied Boarding Prioritization benefits please contact your company’s Corporate Travel Manager or Delta Sales Account Representative. Any customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta at the time of ticketing and travel are entitled to receive Priority Boarding on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Delta does not offer Priority Boarding on Delta Shuttle® flights. If the customer is eligible to receive a higher boarding priority based on his or her ticket class or SkyMiles Medallion Status, he or she will receive the higher priority. Delta’s Global Corporate Priority is offered on these airlines: Air France, KLM, Aeromexico, Virgin Atlantic and LATAM. Priority boarding is not available with Virgin Atlantic. Preferred Seats is not available with LATAM.
