As a corporate travel partner, your company receives access to our Corporate Name Change service, which allows unlimited access to name changes. With this program, you no longer need to use an Exception Point to access a Name Change waiver that provides you the ability to apply the value of an unused ticket towards a new ticket with a different traveler (fees may apply).
