Unused Ticket Management
Delta's Unused Ticket Management application is part of the Delta Professional suite of applications, designed to provide our Corporate customers with greater control and insights at their fingertips.
The Unused Ticket Management application unlocks unmatched, industry-leading functionality, giving you a view of all your unused tickets and allowing your Travel Agency partners to quickly manage those tickets and return value to you.
Delta Professional users will be able to:
- View up to two years of unused DL tickets with past travel dates
- Download ticket-level data
- Display remaining value for wholly unused tickets
