Entry requirement changes to Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at London-Heathrow

To ensure our customers continue to receive the experience the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at London- Heathrow (LHR) is known for, changes to the entry requirements are being made. Effective June 13, access to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse will only be available to the following Delta customers departing LHR:

  • Any customer flying in Delta One or Upper Class on Virgin Atlantic (no guest permitted, as today, unless the traveler is also a Delta Diamond Medallion Member or Delta Platinum Medallion Member)
  • Delta 360 Members, Diamond Medallion Members and Platinum Medallion Members in Delta Premium Select or Premium on Virgin Atlantic (1 guest permitted, as today)

The following Delta customers will now be redirected to the Club Aspire lounge (also located at Terminal 3):

  • Delta Gold Medallion Members in Main Cabin, Delta Comfort+, and Delta Premium Select
  • Delta Platinum Medallion Members in Main Cabin and Delta Comfort+
  • Delta 360 Members and Diamond Medallion Members in Main Cabin and Delta Comfort+
  • For all of the above, one guest is permitted

Access to No. 1 Lounge (currently available to all Delta Gold Medallion Members traveling out of LHR) will simultaneously discontinue starting June 13.

Impacted Delta customers will be notified of these access changes via pre-flight emails (24 hours prior to departing LHR). The lounge directory on Delta.com and the Fly Delta app will also be updated with this information beginning June 13.
