To ensure our local economies remain vibrant and diverse, Delta has pledged to donate up to 50 Million SkyBonus points to support small businesses. To qualify, businesses must be an active participant in SkyBonus, Delta’s travel rewards program for small to mid-sized companies.
Delta customers with an active Corporate Sales Agreement can join us in this important initiative by donating your unused tickets. The value will be converted into SkyBonus points and distributed evenly among the qualified SkyBonus recipients.
To donate, please provide your company’s information below. Once you submit your ticket donation request, you will receive a confirmation email within ten (10) business days to confirm that your donation has been received and the donated tickets have been closed.

Terms and Conditions: Corporate Unused Ticket Donation
Promotional period: December 1, 2020 – January 31, 2021. During the promotional period, Delta Air Lines will permit donation of unused corporate tickets to qualifying SkyBonus accounts through the SkyBonus Support Small Program, in conjunction with Delta’s SkyBonus points donation matching campaign. Allocation among qualifying accounts will be at Delta’s discretion. Donors cannot specify a particular account for transfer of their tickets. Value of unused tickets will be converted to SkyBonus points, and points transferred to the SkyBonus accounts selected in accordance with the SkyBonus Support Small Program Rules. Open to all active Corporate Sales Agreement (CSA) accounts and Mid-Market Sales Agreement (MSA) accounts. Tickets must be Delta-marketed and -issued, cannot not be used or expired at the time of donation and must include the account’s Corporate Ticket Designator. Donation of Delta eCredits is also permitted. No minimum ticket value donation rules apply. Once the transaction has been completed, the tickets and eCredits will be transferred from the CSA or MSA account and cannot be reversed. Donations to SkyBonus Support Small Program accounts are not tax deductible for Corporate Sales Agreement accounts Mid-Market Sales Agreement accounts or Delta. All terms of the individual tickets and terms of the applicable Corporate Sales Agreement contracts and Mid-Market Sales Agreement contracts apply.
