Cancellation and Change Fee Policy

Delta Air Lines will assess a fee for all voluntary rerouting or cancellations for most advance purchase fares. It is the travel agency’s responsibility to inform its customers/ticketed travelers of additional
fare collections, restrictions and fees associated with these changes.

Please refer to the individual fare rules in the GDS for the full cancellation and change fee restrictions or for any possible exceptions.

NOTE: Fees on refundable tickets for excursion fares will apply even if the GDS failed to print a cancellation or change fee message in the endorsement box of the ticket.
