Fresh flavors take flight on Delta’s new L.A. – Amsterdam route *  

Delta One menus by Los Angeles chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo - the creatives behind some of LA’s hottest restaurants - will take dining to new heights on flights to Amsterdam.

Mouth-watering menu options include favourites such as marinara braised meatballs and fontina, parmesan and raschera lasagna with pomodoro sauce. Shook and Dotolo’s meals are freshly made then transported to LAX daily to ensure customers enjoy restaurant level service in the skies.

To further enhance their experience, customers can choose to savour their meal with their pick of this season’s wines, hand-selected for Delta by Master Sommelier, Andrea Robinson.

Delta has partnered with Shook and Dotolo since December 2017. The partnership has been expanded to Amsterdam and cities including Paris, Sydney, Tokyo and Beijing after high praise from customers who enjoyed the menu on existing routes.

Delta’s new Amsterdam-Los Angeles route starts on June 17 and will operate four times weekly using a Boeing 777-300 aircraft.
