Delta brings back Nice-Atlanta service
Delta Air Lines is resuming daily nonstop service from Nice to Atlanta, effective 13 May 2023, boosting the airline’s offering from the South of France to the United States to more than 3,300 weekly seats during the peak travel season. Delta’s Nice-Atlanta route will complement the airline’s existing daily seasonal flight to New York-JFK.
The new service from France forms part of Delta’s largest-ever European network, which will see the airline operate more than more than 600 weekly flights to 26 destinations across the continent. The flight will be operated using a 238-seat Boeing 767 aircraft offering a choice of all Delta cabin experiences including: Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin and is operated in conjunction with Air France, KLM and Virgin Atlantic.
“We’re excited to help meet demand between Southern France and the United States by adding a daily service to Atlanta, complementing our Nice-New York-JFK flight which is one of our most popular seasonal routes,” said Nicolas Ferri, Delta’s VP Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. “Atlanta offers unrivalled travel options for customers wishing to do business, reunite with families and friends or explore more than 200+ destinations across the United States and beyond, while both services will provide easier access for Americans wishing to visit France, helping contribute to the economy through increased tourism revenue.”
