How Delta is connecting your customers into 2023
Delta has been honoured to connect your customers around the globe this year, taking them safely and in style whether they are flying for business or leisure. Delta customers enjoy a people-first, values-led experience that highlights small businesses, global suppliers, and women- and LGBTQ+-led brands.
A more sustainable experience
This year, we launched a new partnership with Mexican brand, Someone Somewhere, to create artisan-crafted amenity kits for Delta One and Delta Premium Select customers that also provide employment and help reduce single-use plastic. We’ve continued to renew our fleet, adding new, more fuel-efficient aircraft that help reduce emissions – part of our goal towards zero impact aviation.
Award winning
We are also honoured to have received a number of awards in the EMEAI region, including: Business Traveller Magazine’s “Best North American Airline”; "Travel Partner of the Year: Long-haul Airline" at the BTA Europe Awards; and the "Best Airline for Business Travelers – Long Haul" at the Mission Europe Awards.
Now, with more destinations and product upgrades on the horizon for next year, your customers have even more to look forward to. Here are just some of the things in store for 2023:
New routes
Delta will be adding new routes to the United States next summer, offering customers even more choice from the UK. New services include London Heathrow to Los Angeles, Edinburgh to Atlanta and, for the first time since 2008, Delta will return to London Gatwick with a new nonstop to New York-JFK.
Service enhancements
Delta Premium Select will be available on all UK services, offering wider seats with a deeper recline, more legroom and adjustable head- and footrests. Customers enjoy elevated dining and other special touches that make Delta Premium Select the perfect cabin for customers looking to treat themselves to more space and a superior experience.
Strong partnerships
All of Delta’s trans-Atlantic flights are operated in partnership with Virgin Atlantic and Air France-KLM. Next summer, Delta and our partners will offer departures from 17 airports and up to 106 daily flights to North America, including 14 non-stop routes from Edinburgh, Heathrow and Manchester, plus convenient connections via Amsterdam and Paris.
There’s no doubt that connecting with people in person is better for everyone! Thank you for your support of Delta, we look forward to welcoming you and your customers on board.
