Delta's new premium menus take flight

On-Board Meals

There’s an array of delicious food being dished up for Delta One customers at 30,000 feet this month, including exciting new hot meal and snack options and a wider selection of plant-based cuisine.

FINE DINING RETURNS TO DELTA ONE

International Delta One customers on select trans-Atlantic routes can again enjoy a multi-step meal service, with the return of Delta’s chef-curated, three-course menus. Highlights could include ginger beer-braised osso bucco, wild mushroom ravioli and chicken cacciatore.

There’s a greater choice of pre-departure beverages, like mimosas, as well as a new selection of cocktail bites to snack on before the meal service. And if they have room for more, customers can choose from a decadent plated dessert or one of Delta’s signature ice cream sundaes.

GOOD FOR YOU, GOOD FOR THE WORLD

Delta is serving up new plant-based dishes for Delta Once and First Class customers featuring products from Impossible Foods and Black Sheep Foods on select flights over 900 miles.

Specials include a green chili spice-rubbed Impossible Burger topped with caramelized onion chutney and Manchego cheese served on a brioche roll, or Black Sheep Foods’ Greek-inspired plant-based lamb meatballs served with spinach rice and feta.

Plant-based meats are delicious to eat and often better for the environment, using far less land and water to produce. The new menu options form part of Delta’s broader mission to promote a wellness-focused travel journey.

MORE TO SNACK ON

Because we know customers love having more choices, Delta is also bringing back four snack options to every flight starting this month. Customers can choose from Delta’s signature Biscoff cookies, almonds, Rold Gold pretzels and USDA-certified organic dark chocolate cherry and almond bars from Kate’s Real Food.
