Delta and American Airlines Establish New IROP Recovery Ticketing and Baggage Agreement

Delta and American Airlines will instate a new ticketing and baggage agreement designed especially for handling of customer reaccommodation during irregular operations. The agreement is effective Jan. 24, 2018. The new ticketing and baggage agreement will allow both carriers to rebook customers impacted by irregular operations on one another's flights.
