
SkyMiles® for Business eCredits Just Got Even Better

What You Need to Know:
We’re thrilled to announce that as of June 3rd, SkyMiles® for Business Plus and Elite Members will be able to redeem earned miles for eCredits that can be applied to travel agency bookings via the Global Distribution System (GDS).
This functionality empowers travel agencies to better support our mutual customers while helping our Members maximize their business travel budgets.
Travel agencies will be able to apply eCredits redeemed as of June 3rd in the GDS.
SkyMiles for Business eCredits will continue to be redeemable by:
- Members on the SkyMiles for Business website
- Members’ travel agency on the Delta Professional website
This enhancement expands our Members’ ability to use eCredits beyond Delta direct channels (delta.com and Fly Delta App)
When applying an eCredit towards the cost of a ticket through your travel agency, please note:
- Only a one-time use of each certificate is allowed
- No remaining value will be stored by Delta for future use
- eCredits are not combinable when applied toward the payment of a ticket (only one eCredit can be used per ticket)
