Delta Makes Changes to Ticketing Process for Same Day Travel
As part of Delta’s ongoing effort to be the easiest airline to do business with, Delta recently announced an enhancement for changes to the ticketing process, when using Same Day Travel (SDT). Effective immediately, any changes to a ticket when using SDT will result in the ticket being revalidated instead of being reissued by Delta. This new enhancement will allow Travel Agencies to maintain ownership of their tickets, even after making SDT changes.
Travel Agents must continue to contact Global Sales Support or Delta Reservations for assistance when requesting changes for SDT.
