We continue to work closely to align and evolve our flexible booking policies and safety measures for every step of the travel process, so that our customers can feel confident about reserving a trip and about their well-being when traveling with us.
Just as Delta has introduced measures with a focus on providing booking flexibility, transforming the industry standard of aircraft cleanliness and providing timely information, our partners have also introduced measures to ensure that customers enjoy a hassle-free, seamless and safe experience from start to finish, with regular updates posted on their websites as service returns.

BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
All partners have introduced measures to provide greater booking flexibility so customers can make changes when their travel plans change.
CREATING SAFER ENVIRONMENTS
All partners have added layers of protection by installing plexiglass and/or using PPE and have made modifications to onboard meal offerings to reduce customer touchpoints.
SANITATION MEASURES
All partners have strict hygiene measures in place with thorough cleaning of all contact surfaces and supply hand sanitizer to travelers.
SAFETY EXPECTATIONS
All partners are sharing measures pre-flight to increase traveler confidence in a safe flight experience and share updates on websites and mobile apps.
AIRCRAFT CLEANING
All partners have HEPA filters onboard and disinfect cabins with electrostatic spraying or enhanced cleaning procedures. Aircrafts are cleaned using high-grade disinfectants.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS
All partners, based on specific country requirements, are rolling out temperature check procedures as an additional safety screening method.
FACE COVERINGS
All partners, currently flying international routes, require customers and employees to wear masks on board and encourage wear in the airport.
WELLBEING AIDS
All partners are conducting announcements in the gate area and during the flight for added traveler guidance on space and as always employees can help answer questions.
HEALTH DECLARATIONS
All partners are following government guidelines on passenger completion of health declarations, where required. Implementation varies by country.
