Delta Launches New Travel Exception Policy Finder
A new tool has been added to the Delta Professional sites that helps travel agents to determine which of Delta’s active waivers apply to a specific ticket.
The Travel Exception Policy Finder guides travel agents through a step-by-step process to identify the correct waiver code that applies for their specific ticket.
The tool can be accessed via Delta’s Travel Exception Policy Archive page as well as through the Delta Coronavirus News page for Waivers.
