Credit Card Discrepancy Process
Effective December 1, 2019, Delta Air Lines has made changes to its current manual local rebilling process.
Under the new procedure, Delta will issue an ADM or ACM for all credit card rejection cases relating to errors of the credit card number, approval code, amount, installment payment, etc. A fee of USD $75.00 will be incurred in case of agency errors.

- To request an ACM, please submit the request to PSA821.Delta@delta.com in English.
- For any inquiries about ADM/ACM, please send an email in English to Collections.Delta@delta.com or initiate the query through BSPLink.
- If you need to send the inquiry in Korean language, please send it to BSPPacific.Delta@delta.com. Please note the process may take a bit longer.
