Duplicate Ticket Refunds   

Travel agents may request a refund for a duplicate ticket issued with identical name(s), flight(s), date(s) but different ticket number(s).


Document the agency PNR in the OSI remarks that a duplicate ticket was issued. Travel agents should include both ticket numbers and indicate which ticket number should be refunded.

For example: OSI DL DUPLICATE TICKET 0061234567890 and 0061234567891-REFUNDED

Refund Requests Available Through Delta or BSP

Travel agents may contact Delta or go through BSP to process a refund for a duplicate ticket.

Travel agents may request a refund for the duplicate ticket through BSPLink Refund Authorization.
