• Delta Professional, an updated version of our industry-leading self-service travel management portal, designed to simplify your job as a travel professional. The upgraded website was designed with you in mind, and it encompasses new user-friendly features, at-a-glance operational performance data, access to trending news topics and helpful tools self-service capabilities, including:
  • Quick access to select Preferred Seats within an expanded booking window, and
  • An enhanced Travel Exceptions application that now includes the ability to process name corrections and a quicker process for ticketing time limit waivers.
• Delta Edge™ Wallet, the newest addition to Delta Professional is a self-service tool that allows you to easily access and distribute Complimentary Tickets, Upgrade Certificates, Drink Vouchers and more, right from your desktop or tablet.
• On-demand access to Sky Partner reports, with insights into contract performance, beyond-contract value and customer satisfaction.
