Shaping Tomorrow's Business Travel Today with Regional Operational Excellence Reporting
You’ve asked for it, and we created it.
As our trusted travel partner, we’re focused on listening to and acting on your feedback to deliver the products and services that you and your travelers value the most. Based on direct feedback from you to make our Operational Excellence reporting more relevant, we’re introducing the all-new Regional Operational Excellence Reporting. Part of the Delta Edge suite of benefits, our Regional Operational Excellence Reporting compares Delta’s operational performance against other carriers, on routes and destinations that matter most to you and your travelers.
Reports are available for the following routes and destinations. Contact your Delta Sales Account Executive for more information on the reports.
- NYC-West Coast
- West Coast Shuttle

Your Needs Continue to Drive Our Standards
In 2016, your feedback inspired an expansion to our industry-first Operational Performance Commitment (OPC). We included international and Delta Connection® Carriers flights into our commitment as well as any delay or cancellation, including those caused by weather. We also added a baggage metric, strengthening our commitment to excellence.
Earlier this year, we committed to setting a new standard to deliver your travelers to their destinations right on-time (or early), every time. We enhanced our OPC to include on-time performance using the A0 metric instead of the A14 metric and also expanded our OPC to now include more than 2,000 corporate accounts.
We’re dedicated to achieving industry-leading operational performance to ensure your travelers’ get where they’re going when they need to be there. In 2017, Delta continues to lead all U.S.-based Global airlines1 in on-time performance, completion factor and least number of baggage handling complaints.
