Delta Air Lines has launched innovative additions to its Delta Professional travel management portals for travel agencies and corporate customers. The website now includes the new self-service application, Delta Edge Wallet, which provides a point system to manage use of available complimentary tickets, upgrades and vouchers. 

Initially launched in 2014, Delta Professional remains a robust self-service travel management portal providing easy access to industry news, benefits, and customer reporting. Designed to give travel managers what they need most, the website has recently been redesigned for easier navigation and further empowers travel professionals to provide a superior experience for their travelers.  

“Delta Professional has long been recognized by our customers as a game changer,” said Kristen Shovlin, Delta’s Vice President – Sales Operations and Development. “With these added benefits, especially the Delta Edge Wallet, it really showcases that we are listening to our customers who can now easily manage complimentary tickets and upgrades as well as enhance their travelers’ trip by sending amenities directly to the Fly Delta app.”

Currently on the Delta Professional Corporate website the airline’s corporate customers can manage their Delta Edge benefits, including the new Delta Edge Wallet and on-demand access to Sky Partner reports featuring contract performance as well as beyond contract value. With the enhanced website, corporate customers now have easy access to a new user-friendly design, at a glance operational statistics and targeted news.

Representatives from Adelman Travel, who have been involved with a pilot of the new products, said: “We like the look and layout of the Delta Edge Wallet and it is very easy to use.”

Delta Edge Wallet makes the process of managing incentives quick and efficient with an easy to use application for corporate and agency partners. The application provides the ability to quickly search and request available complimentary ticket and upgrade inventory, access awarded incentives and view real-time transaction history and reporting. Plus, travel professionals can send drink and Wi-Fi vouchers directly to their travelers’ FlyDelta App.
