Delta has been announced as a finalist in this year’s Selling Travel Agents Choice Awards for the second consecutive year. The airline, which operates up to 15 peak-day flights between the UK and the United States, is calling on travel professionals to cast their votes for Delta in the Airline to North America category.

Together with partner Virgin Atlantic, Delta offers almost 40 daily flights between the UK and North America. Plus, connections to 200+ destinations via its hubs in Atlanta, New York, Minneapolis, Detroit, Salt Lake City and Boston mean Delta’s impressive network covers 95% of demand to the US.

Quality on board

Delta has made significant investments so that customers can be sure to enjoy a high quality travel experience. All UK flights feature fully flat-bed seats in Delta One, hundreds of hours of complimentary on-demand entertainment at every seat throughout the aircraft via Delta Studio, plus Wi-Fi connectivity.

Airport innovations

Delta and Virgin Atlantic are the only transatlantic partnership offering TSA Precheck to eligible customers. This saves them valuable time when clearing security at airports in the United States.

Delta One customers enjoy access to Delta Sky Clubs across the network, as well as the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse and Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge at Heathrow plus Clubhouses in Los Angeles and New York-JFK.

Delta will also bring its industry-leading RFID baggage tracking to the UK market in the coming months. With RFID tags on every bag, customers will have step-by-step updates on their bag’s location from check-in to carousel.
