By accessing or using the Delta Professional service ("Delta Professional"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below as well as any terms and conditions pertaining to specific applications within this platform (the "Terms"). Before you continue, you should read these Terms, as they form a binding agreement between you and Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta") regarding your use of Delta Professional. These Terms may be modified at any time in Delta’s sole discretion without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that you understand any changes to these Terms. These Terms were last modified on January13, 2026.
A. General Terms.
1. Use of Delta Professional. Delta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Delta Professional in strict accordance with these Terms. Delta Professional is being provided to you solely for the benefit of Delta. Delta may revoke the rights granted to you under these Terms at any time, without notice and in Delta's sole discretion. Your use of Delta Professional is subject to Delta's website Terms of Use and Delta's Privacy Policy, both of which are available at www.delta.com and are incorporated by reference. Delta Professional is offered to the user conditioned on acceptance by the user ("User") without modification of these Terms and notices contained herein. By accessing and using Delta Professional, the User is deemed to have agreed to all such Terms and notices.
2. Restrictions on Use. In connection with your access to or use of Delta Professional, you shall not:
(a) distribute viruses, worms, Trojans, or any other technologies that may harm Delta, the Delta Professional site, or its users;
(b) use any deep-link, crawler, indexer, robot, spider, scraper, or other automated device, software, algorithm, or means to access, monitor, collect information from, or otherwise use Delta Professional;
(c) bypass Delta Professional’s robot exclusion headers, interfere with the working of Delta Professional, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the technology infrastructure underlying and supporting Delta Professional;
(d) reproduce, reuse, republish, repost, download, reverse engineer, sell, transmit, transfer, publish, copy, display, redistribute (except to other employees within your legal entity only for the purposes set forth in these Terms), harvest, or prepare derivative works from any portion of Delta Professional, including all content, code, text, and/or information appearing on Delta Professional;
(e) access or use Delta Professional in a manner that violates or enables or assists in the violation of, whether by you or any third party, Delta’s employment policies and procedures, Delta’s intellectual property rights, or any applicable statute, regulation, or legal authority; and/or
(f) circumvent any technical measures or defenses that Delta uses or employees to enforce these Terms or otherwise to protect Delta Professional.
You agree that any access to or use of Delta Professional in violation of any provision of these Terms (including (a) through (f) above) shall constitute “Unauthorized Use” of Delta Professional.
3. Intellectual Property. The trademarks, service marks and trade names shown in this Delta Professional site are protected in the United States and internationally. No use of these may be made without the prior, written authorization of Delta or the marketing partner concerned, except to identify the products or services of the company.
Any communications you send to this Delta Professional site or otherwise to Delta by electronic mail, with the exception of personally identifiable information, are on a non-confidential basis, and Delta is under no obligation to refrain from reproducing, publishing or otherwise using them in any way for any purpose. Delta shall be free to use the content of any such communications, including any ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques or know-how disclosed therein, for any purpose, including the developing, manufacturing and/or marketing of goods or services. Use of any personally identifiable information will be governed by Delta’s Privacy Policy .
4. Third Party Content. Parts of Delta Professional are provided under license from third parties, and are subject to intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to such third parties. No license is granted with respect to those intellectual property rights. You may be held liable by such third parties for any unauthorized copying or disclosure of these parts of Delta Professional. This Delta Professional site may provide links or reference to other sites, but Delta has no responsibility for the content of such other sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content. Any links to other sites are provided merely as a convenience to the users of Delta Professional.
5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitations on liability. Delta Professional is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The information presented here has been compiled by Delta from internal and external sources. However, no representation is made or warranty given as to the completeness or accuracy of such information. In particular, you should be aware that this information may be incomplete, may contain errors or may have become out of date. You should therefore verify information obtained from Delta Professional before you act upon it by calling your local Delta office or Delta marketing partner concerned, as applicable. Delta shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access from Delta Professional, or from your reliance on any information provided in Delta Professional. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DELTA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSSES OR DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR SYSTEM FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF DELTA PROFESSIONAL.
6. Indemnification. You shall indemnify Delta from, and defend and hold Delta and its shareholders, officers, directors and employees harmless from and against, all losses suffered, incurred or sustained arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms.
7. Miscellaneous. These Terms, and any dispute arising from, relating to, or touching upon in any way your Unauthorized Use of Delta Professional, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without giving effect to its conflicts of law rules. Any lawsuit or other legal proceeding arising from, relating to, or touching upon in any way your Unauthorized Use of Delta Professional shall be brought, if at all, only in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia or, if that Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. You acknowledge the right of the specified courts to assert personal jurisdiction over you in any such actions, and you waive and release all defenses to that assertion of jurisdiction. In the event that any one or more of the provisions of these Terms shall be determined to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, such invalidity, unenforceability or illegality shall not affect any other provisions of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision had never been contained in these Terms. Delta may choose to translate these Terms and content on this site into other languages for the convenience of the user. In some instances, there may be a delay in the translation of content. Content may not be available in particular languages or geographic locations, in which case, you may be redirected to an English-language version or another relevant version of such content. The English language version of these Terms and all content shall be the legally binding and controlling version.
B. Agency Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all external administrators for designated travel agency accounts (“Administrators”). If you are an Administrator, by using administrator functionalities of Delta Professional, you accept the following responsibilities on behalf of your travel agency:
- Some information provided within the agency website is password protected.
- As an Administrator, you understand that it is your sole responsibility to update and maintain all travel agency profile information together with processes and procedures to designate authorized users, maintain a list of users on behalf of the agency, and reset passwords. You understand and agree that all agency users are required to maintain the security of their passwords and are not authorized to grant access to third parties, and that you are responsible for ensuring compliance of all users with the foregoing requirement to whom you grant access. You agree to take immediate measures to notify Delta of any unauthorized or suspected unauthorized access to Delta Professional. You agree to protect all passwords using security measures no less stringent than those with respect to which your agency treats its own confidential information, but in any event, with no less than reasonable care.
- Your travel agency is liable for any activities undertaken when using its sign-on and password information.
- Delta has the right to terminate log in access at its sole discretion without notice.
C. General Notes Regarding Delta’s Contracts of Carriage
When a travel agency issues a ticket for travel on Delta, it creates a contract of carriage between the ticketed passenger and Delta. The terms of the contract are set forth in:

*A Note for tickets issued to Delta Customers Residing in Canada: The plain language versions of Delta’s Canadian General Rules Tariff and International Conditions of Carriage are posted to assist passengers in interpreting the tariffs filed with the Canadian Transportation Agency (“CTA”). To the extent there are discrepancies between the plain language versions and the tariffs filed with the CTA, the tariffs filed with the CTA shall prevail.
