Delta's Agency Discount (AD) Program - For Travel Agents Outside of the US and Canada - For Travel Originating Outside of the US and Canada
Please note: Until further notice, for Point of Sale Asia, please send your fare quote request for reservations that do not auto-price for the ADI75 program, for any GDS, to AD.request@delta.com. Delta will provide a fare quote and a waiver code in the agency PNR which will allow the agency to issue a ticket using the ADI75 program.
Delta and the GDSs are aware of the auto-price issue and are working on a resolution.

Tips for Pricing an Itinerary
If a reservation is booked correctly using the terms and conditions provided for Delta’s Agency Discount program (AD), the reservation should autoprice. Please keep the following helpful tips in mind when booking and pricing an AD reservation:
- All travel must be via DL designated and operated flights.
- Check to make sure the reservation is booked in the correct class of service for the fare to autoprice. See Booking Class section.
- Check to make sure the international routing used for the itinerary is correct. See Flight Application section.
- When pricing, was the correct ticket designator used? See Ticket Designator section.
- When pricing, was the correct pricing entry used? Please contact your GDS help desk for specific pricing entries for Delta’s Agency Discount program.
- Make sure to review the Reservations & Ticketing section of the AD program.
- If there is more than one fare segment, check to make sure the fare segments are combinable. See Combinability section.
- Check to see if blackout dates apply to the international itinerary. See Blackout Dates section.
- Check minimum/maximum stay requirements. They are different for domestic and international itineraries.
- Check to make sure the itinerary does not exceed the transfer limits. See Transfers section.
- Check to make sure the stopover and open jaw terms are correct. See Stopover/Open Jaw section.
If after checking all of the helpful tips above and checking with the GDS help desk for assistance with the pricing entry, the reservation still will not autoprice, please contact Global Sales Support or Delta Reservations for assistance.
