Lineamientos de Robotic Inventory Recovery (RIR) - Reafirmación de vuelo   

La recuperación automática de inventario (Robotic Inventory Recovery, RIR) es una herramienta de “flight firming” que controla y audita los registros de nombre del pasajero (Passenger Name Record, PNR) para verificar el estado del boleto y auditar las reservaciones para asegurarse de que cumplan con los límites de tiempo de la emisión de boletos. Los PNR con un límite de tiempo para la emisión de boletos recibirán documentación automáticamente, similar a la que se encuentra más abajo (las fechas y horarios serán distintos):

Si el PNR no es emitido dentro del límite de tiempo de emisión (Ticketing Time Limit, TTL) permitido, la reservación será cancelada y el código de estado HX aparecerá en los segmentos del vuelo. Siguiendo con lo indicado en el documento más arriba, los comentarios de abajo se agregarán al PNR de la agencia:

Se confirmarán todas las clases de tarifas. Los lineamientos de reafirmación pueden sustituir a las reglas publicadas de emisión de boletos y, en ciertas circunstancias, pueden ser  más restrictivas. Los lineamientos de reafirmación se han realizado a la medida del carácter del viaje en las diversas regiones del mundo.
