Unused Ticket Management

Delta's Unused Ticket Management application is part of the Delta Professional suite of applications, designed to provide our Agency customers with greater control and insights at their fingertips. 

The Unused Ticket Management application unlocks unmatched, industry-leading functionality with more visibility and control of unused tickets right at your fingertips. 

Delta Professional users will be able to:

  • View up to two years of unused DL tickets with past travel dates
  • Request status changes to suspend and unsuspend unused tickets
  • Download ticket-level data
  • Display remaining value for wholly unused tickets
