  • Gainesville, FL (GNV)
  • Georgetown, Bahamas (GGT)
  • Jacksonville, FL (JAX)
  • Marsh Harbour, Bahamas (MHH)
  • Melbourne, FL (MLB)
  • Miami, FL (MIA)
  • Nassau, Bahamas (NAS)
  • North Eleuthera, Bahamas (ELH)
  • Orlando, FL (MCO)
  • Providenciales, Turks and Caicos (PLS)
  • Sarasota, FL (SRQ)
  • Savannah, GA (SAV)
  • Tallahassee, FL (TLH)
  • Tampa, FL (TPA)
  • West Palm Beach, FL (PBI)

 

Event waiver codes*

  • Change Fee/Basic Economy Cancellation Charge Waiver Code: R6B2C
    Used to waive change fee or Basic Economy cancellation charge, if applicable

 

New travel originates on or before:

  • November 16, 2022

New ticket must be rebooked and reissued on or before:

  • November 16, 2022

  • DL marketed/ AFKL operated
  • AFKL marketed/ DL operated

Applicable ticket stock:

PNR documentation and waiver placement for all GDSs:

  • PNR must be documented with the following OSI message:
    OSI DL CHANGES PER TS NICOLE 08NOV22

Waiver code placement:

  • Waiver code should be placed in the ticket designator field if no other ticket designator is being used
  • If another ticket designator is being used, place the waiver code in the tour code box
  • If the tour code box is already in use, place the waiver code in the first position of the endorsement box

Refunds*
If a customer’s flight is cancelled by Delta due to this event, and no other alternate flights are acceptable, travel agents may refund a totally unused non-refundable ticket(s) through normal ARC/BSP processing.
