Alitalia Expands Sales Support Hours for U.S. and Canada Agencies, Updates Contact Information
Effective July 30, 2018, Alitalia will expand its Sales Support services for the U.S. and Canada travel agency partners through an enhanced Sales Support Desk that features additional staffing and expanded hours of operation on weekdays and on weekends. Expanded hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET, Saturday and Sunday.
A well-trained English-speaking team specially equipped to service U.S. and Canadian accounts will provide the same excellent customer service that Alitalia Sales Support customers are accustomed to receiving.
Along with the expansion, there are updates to Alitalia’s contact information effective July 30, 2018.
Email Addresses
- A new dedicated email address, SalesSupportUSCA@alitalia.com, has been created for use by National accounts, Tour Operators and Consolidators in the U.S.
- The dedicated email address, CorporateDesk@alitalia.it, will remain available for select corporate and agency accounts that currently have access to the services of this desk.
- A new dedicated email address, WaiverUSCA@alitalia.com, has been created to address waiver requests.
- Online agents (OTAs) may continue to contact: Internet.services@alitalia.it
Phone Numbers
- U.S. Travel Agency Partners may continue to call Alitalia's existing toll-free number: 1 (877) 640-4752.
- Canadian Travel Agency Partners may call the new toll-free number: 1(800) 268-8556.
