MSA Program Offering Additional Flexibility

Delta recognizes that COVID-19 has had a severe impact on many companies’ ability to travel and do business. Considering the current difficult circumstances, Delta is taking steps to offer greater flexibility to its corporate accounts.

Historically, Corporate Customers are required to spend a minimum amount, annually, to qualify for a Mid-Market Sales Agreement (MSA). Due to the current circumstances impacting 2020 spend, Delta will use 2019 account data to determine 2021 eligibility and discount tier levels for current MSA customers. If your 2020 performance qualifies your company for higher discount levels, the higher discount level will be given. Delta does not want to penalize customers who reduced travel in 2020 by decreasing discounts or removing them from the MSA program.

As a reminder, Delta MSA agreements do not have performance requirements to receive upfront discounts. A company’s discount tier level is evaluated annually based on Fare Market Share (FMS) and revenue share gap.

We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to welcoming you onboard when your company returns to traveling.
