Delta Edge Meetings Enhancement
In keeping with our "Listen. Act. Listen." motto, we are constantly looking to improve our programs based on your feedback, and we are pleased to announce enhancements to our Delta Edge Meetings (DEM) program that serves Delta Business corporate accounts.
Effective Sept. 1, 2022, OSI documentation will no longer be a mandatory component of the DEM backend payment. This enhancement will allow corporate partners to qualify for backend incentive payments without having to provide OSI remarks on meetings booked on behalf of customers, saving you time in the process.
