Delta named Best North American Airline by Business Traveller Asia-Pacific
Business Traveller Asia-Pacific announced the winners of the region’s most prestigious travel awards – the Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Awards – and named Delta the Best North American Airline.
Between April and June of this year, Business Traveller Asia-Pacific sent out poll forms to its subscribers, some of the region’s most frequent travelers, to vote on the best airports, hotels, airlines and destinations in the industry. The annual award, now on its 29th year, is the result of feedback from more than 30,000 individuals, based on their travel over the preceding 12 months.
“It is heartening to know that despite the difficulties faced by the industry during this pandemic, customers recognize and appreciate the changes we have made on our flights,” said Wong Hong, V.P. - Greater China and Singapore. “We continue to ensure our customers’ safe and reliable travel experience.”
Delta deploys the flagship Airbus 350-900 aircraft and the latest A330-900neo aircraft in the trans-Pacific routes, which offer state-of-the-art seat products along with more space and a cleaner and safer experience.
